On 4th November, 2015 the prof. Joan Guinovart, director of the Institute for Research in Biomedicine (IRB) in Barcelona visited the Nencki Institute. For a year prof. Guinovart has also been serving as the president of the International Union for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (IUBMB).The Nencki Institute together with the IRB co-operate in research projects.
